Melissa is a full time real estate professional. After attending Ohio State University and DePaul University school of business she obtained her real estate license in 1987. From that point forward Melissa has made a successful Real Estate career. She is passionate, creative, diligent, straight forward and a strong negotiator. Her Marketing strategy empowers her sellers to obtain the highest and best price for their properties and her knowledge of the market place enables her buyers to purchase a property at the lowest and best price possible.
Melissa’s extensive real estate practice ranges from residential buyers and sellers to commercial sales, investors, land acquisitions and a strong developer connection for marketing new construction. She is particularly knowledgeable in the Marketing and Sales of GREEN construction.

Melissa lives with her 4 children. She enjoys golf, travel, sports and is an avid gardener.
